Shipping policy

General Shipping info -

I know you're going to be exciiiited to receive your unique Cro with the Flo purchase!

If your toy is listed as 'ready to ship' it will be sent out within 1-3 business days, via Australia Post.
If you've bought a custom or made to order toy, each item is different! I will work this out with you and communicate dispatch timings for these items.

Depending on where you're based, the postal service will take different times.

As a general rule, shipping timings are:
Australia standard post: 2-5 business days
International standard post: 10-15 business days...buuuuuuut, to get a better sense of shipping times to your country, check out the AusPost shipping updates here.

International Shipping info -

I currently ship physical products within Australia, New Zealand, the US and Canada. If you’re in the US, just be sure to factor in any Tariffs, which may be applicable. If you're based outside these countries, get in contact with me to arrange for your toy to be purchased through Etsy. I just need to make sure I'm following the right tax requirements!!
