Will you ship to me? I don't live anywhere near Australia!
If you're looking for a finished toy, I ship to Australia (of course!), New Zealand, the US and Canada.
HOWEVER, if you're based elsewhere you can get in contact with me to purchase these plushie beauties from my Etsy store
Please be aware that import duties and fees apply to international orders and do vary by location.
Do you offer express shipping?
Sure do! just select that option on when you get to the check out.
When will my finished toy order be shipped?
If your toy is listed as 'ready to ship' it will be sent out within 1-3 business days, via Australia Post.
If you've bought a custom or made to order toy, each item is different! Go to the individual listing for dispatch timings.
Orders
Can I edit or change a finished toy order that I’ve already placed?
Given the handmade loveliness of these toys, they're in extremely limited supply!
Depending on your timing, you might not be able to change what you've ordered because there just might not be another item available.
But all is not lost! Please get in touch ASAP and I can see what can be done in each individual case.
Where’s my order gone? I need this plushie in my life ASAP!
Depending on where you're based, the postal service will take different times. And obviously there are a lot of COVID-related disruptions!
The tracking number you were given upon shipping your plushie will give you a fair idea of when your order will arrive.
As a general rule timings are:
Australia standard post: 2-5 business days
International standard post: 10-15 business days...buuuuuuut, to get a better sense of shipping times to your country, check out the AusPost shipping updates here
When will I receive my pattern PDF?
Get your yarn and hook ready!!!! You should receive your pattern in PDF form immediately after processing your order!
If you haven't seen it, don't forget to check your junk mailbox just in case.
Returns
What is your returns/exchange policy?
As a small business obsessed with creating handcrafted one-off items, I ask you to please consider your selection carefully. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given if you change your mind.
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged through the postal process, please get in contact with me via my contact page ASAP to discuss next steps and returning the item to me for investigation.

Can I return a pattern?
Due to the digital nature of my patterns, once it's sent, a pattern cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

I love the eyes on your toys! How do you make them?
All my material eyes are made using crochet! Detailed instructions and photos for how to make various sizes of them are included in each of my patterns.
What terminology do you use for your patterns?
All of my crochet patterns are written using US terminology
What do you mean by crochet pattern?
A crochet pattern is for those who want to make their own version of my toy design. It includes detailed instructions on how to make the toy for yourself!
If you're not able to crochet, perhaps stick to the 'finished toy' section of my website.
Can I sell the toys I create with your pattern?
Oh absolutely! I would be completely honoured if you did! Please be sure to credit me as the designer of the toy and use your own photos or videos in any listings.
And don't forget to tag me in any pictures of your creations. I get a massive kick out of seeing my designs made by other people!!
Can I copy, re-use or re-distribute your pattern to someone else?
Please don't copy, share, sell, recreate or distribute this pattern or my photos in any form. My crochet patterns are my intellectual property and how I support my family. Not to mention it's against International Copyright laws to copy, sell, share, recreate or distribute it without my permission.
Can I gift a pattern I purchase to someone else?
You can absolutely gift a pattern to someone else by either:
- gifting them a gift card to buy the pattern themselves OR
- putting the recipient's details into the checkout instead of your own. There is space to include a message to the recipient, so they know you've sent it!

How do I take care of my toy?
The care instructions depend on what yarny materials have been used for your toy. For the most part, gentle spot cleaning is your best bet.
