Refund policy

As a small business obsessed with creating handcrafted one-off items, I ask you to please consider your selection carefully. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given if you change your mind.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged through the postal process, please get in contact with me via my contact page ASAP to discuss next steps and returning the item to me for investigation.

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@crowiththeflo.com.au. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact me for any return question at hello@crowiththeflo.com.au.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and/or refunded, like digital (PDF) patterns and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item (although I'm so small, I can't imagine this would be the case!), so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is faulty or damaged, I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
